AWS – ADVANCED WELDER
To train the welders to the next level of overall training to be a professional skilled welder in:
- SMAW
- GTAW
- GMAW & FCAW along with Cutting & Arc Gouging.
- The welders will be able to weld up to 6G position on Sch. 40/80 CS Pipes.
- Also will be trained to weld on SS, Aluminum as well as Carbon Steel.
Welders with Basic welding skills and knowledge.
- SMAW() using SS Electrodes, SMAW – 6G on CS Pipe.
- GMAW (MIG)– Short Circuit and Spray transfer modes on CS.
- GMAW – Spray Transfer mode on Aluminum.
- FCAW on CS in 5G, 5F positions.
- GTAW(TIG)- on CS, SS and Aluminum.
- Plasma Arc Cutting, Air-Carbon Arc Gouging, Oxyfuel cutting – Manual & Mechanical.
